Orthofix - Phoenix

The Orthofix Phoenix™ system was developed for percutaneous and minimally invasive approaches to spinal fixation, combining practicality, precision, and safety in a modern and functional design.

Its modular MIS body has a pre-attached instrument tower, which can be removed after implant assembly, facilitating handling and reducing surgery time.

The compact design allows for a smaller working diameter, contributing to smaller incisions and less tissue trauma.

Compatible with the Firebird™ screw system, Phoenix™ offers a wide variety of double-threaded cannulated screws, providing greater stability and efficiency in minimally invasive spinal procedures.

Orthofix - New Bridge

The Orthofix New Bridge™ system was developed for laminoplasty procedures, offering flexibility and precision in spinal canal expansion.

Available in different implant sizes and positioning options, the system provides broad adaptability to each patient's anatomical variations.

Its three plate options allow for multiple lateral mass fixation configurations, thanks to strategically designed grooves that optimize positioning.

Compatible with each other, all sizes ensure stability, anatomical fit, and secure blade fixation, making New Bridge™ a versatile and reliable solution for cervical laminoplasty surgeries.

Orthofix - Forza Peek - Spacer System

The Forza Peek Spacer System is an intervertebral fusion device indicated for spinal fusion procedures in adult patients with Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) at one or two contiguous levels of the lumbar spine (L2–S1).

DDD is characterized by discogenic low back pain associated with intervertebral disc degeneration, confirmed by clinical history and radiographic examinations.

System features:

  • Made of PEEK, the Forza Spacer is individually sterile packaged, allowing the surgeon to test and open only the final implant selected for the procedure.
  • The Forza Peek Spacer System is intended for use in association with bone grafting (to be determined by the surgeon) and with supplemental fixation systems, including the Firebird System and/or the Phoenix System.

Orthofix - Pillar SA - Peek Spacer System

The Pillar SA – Peek Spacer System is indicated for intervertebral body fusion and can be used in a stand-alone configuration when used with the four titanium alloy screws supplied with the device.

  • If the surgeon chooses to use fewer than four screws, supplemental internal fixation should be used to increase stability.

Anatomical ovoid shape in PEEK, with implant shape designed to match the vertebrae.

Numerous implant sizes, including:

  • Multiple widths: 33 mm, 37 mm, 40 mm, and 43 mm (43 mm supplied to order)
  • Multiple depths: 28 mm and 32 mm
  • Multiple heights: 12.5 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm, and 20 mm (20 mm supplied to order)
  • Multiple angles: 7° and 12°

Bone screws:

  • Self-tapping screws (sharp)
  • Four-screw design for improved implant security

Top locking plates:

  • Stops for bone support screws, with significant coverage, preventing pull-out
  • Leveled with the implant, with an almost zero profile

Orthofix – Firebird Spinal

The Firebird Spinal Pedicle Fixation System is intended for use in the posterior spine (T1–S2/Iliac) and is indicated for use in adult patients.

Designed as a thoracolumbar posterior fixation system, it uses modular pedicle screws and is indicated for procedures in degenerative pathologies, trauma, and deformities.
